When we started our annual golf outing three and a half years ago, we hoped it would grow into something meaningful for our customers and partners. This past June showed us just how special this gathering has become: a day where relationships are strengthened, new connections are made, and our entire CTC Technologies family comes together. So special, in fact, that not even challenging weather could dampen the enthusiasm of everyone who joined us.

120 Strong and Growing

This year's turnout of 120 golfers was our biggest yet, more than doubling from our first outing. Even with less-than-ideal weather conditions—including some sideways rain that tested everyone's dedication to the game—our community showed up ready to golf, network, and enjoy great food together.

To our valued customers: Thank you for making this event what it is. About 100 of our 120 participants were clients, and your enthusiasm and participation made all the difference. We heard from many of you about how meaningful it was to finally meet face-to-face with team members you'd only known through Teams calls and phone conversations. Those personal connections are what make our partnerships so much stronger.

To our vendor partners and sponsors: Your support and participation elevated the entire experience. The Heart of Hospitality

One of the highlights that guests consistently mention is the food—particularly the barbecue that takes nearly a week to prepare and serve. While we're considering catering options as we continue to grow, this year's personal touch reminded everyone why we do this: it's about taking care of people and showing appreciation for the relationships that make our work meaningful.

The addition of a professional photographer was a hit with everyone, giving our community lasting memories of a day spent together away from the usual work environment.

Looking Ahead

As we plan for next year's event, we're already thinking about improvements—perhaps starting an hour earlier to give everyone more time to enjoy the experience, and potentially accommodating even more participants as our community continues to grow.

What struck us most this year was watching people from different companies, different roles, and different parts of the country come together with the same friendly, team-focused energy. Whether you were meeting someone new or strengthening an existing relationship, the day created opportunities for the kind of meaningful business conversations that happen naturally when good people get together.
